Early in 1959 Josie was pregnant with our first child and is pictured here on Balmoral Beach with me.. We were there with my best mate John Robinson and his wife Iris. John and I had together purchased a VJ sail boat (pictured in background) and had sailed it off the beach around Sydney Harbour while our wives sunbaked on the beach.
