Josie Behrens and I were married in Wentworthville with her sister Janice as Bridesmaid and her father Carl. My young brother Bobbie was my Best Man. Studio photos were taken after the wedding at Howard Harris Studio in Church Street, Parramatta. Josie had been employed at the studio for some years as a colourist and she hand-coloured this photo using oil paints on the printed photograph-it was sometime later that colour photographs were available.
