circa May 1969 This photo was taken during a visit to my Grandparents place in the Barossa Valley. I'm in my Nanna Daphnes arms, Mum is in the middle, Grandpa is holding Michelle and Mandy's in front. I remember Grandpa saying there were fairies in their garden and he would put lollies in an old tree stump for us to find each time we visited.

The flats have since been sold and my Uncle lives in the townhouse.

circa 1974 One of my earliest childhood memories, this photo was taken in the backyard of our Sussex Street house. While my parents were in the process of building our new house on the block behind, the fencing was down for sometime. Chickens from our neighbours yard would escape onto the building site and I would catch and return them! I remember they had alot of chickens and racing pigeons!

For many years we would drive from Adelaide each year and stay down in cabins in Bright then drive up each day to either Falls Creek, Mt Hotham or Mt Buffalo to ski. Falls Creek is a beautiful place.

circa March 1998 Great Gran turning 100! This amazing milestone was celebrated in Parks NSW with family and friends, along with receiving a letter from the Queen. She was unwell physically but mentally she still had all her marbles, and continued to read the form guide and pick a winner, she would tell endless stories of my Nan and mum growing up.
11 May 1999 Turning 30! Mum and Jim came to Sydney to celebrate our 30th birthday at a pub in Paddington. Masquerade party!!!
14 November 1999 Patrick and I were married in the gardens of Carrick House Adelaide. Family and friends travelled from Perth and Sydney, a four piece jazz band played, everyone relaxed in the gardens eating, drinking, chatting, it was a beautiful day.

2003 This is my 1970 V8 5 speed manual Rover (Ruby). I bought this gorgeous car at a car market while we were living in Manning, Perth. It was a great car to drive, in original condition, full of character. Baby Jed was quite happy cruising around with me in this one!!! Unfortunately I had to sell her once we were living back in Sydney and i was pregnant with Ben... just not enough boot space and no air-conditioning. I was sad to see her go.
circa October 2003 This is Nanna and Gramps visiting Patrick and I while we lived in Perth. They spent a few nights with us in Mullaloo and we took a drive up the coast.
circa 10 December 2003 Pregnant with Jed and living in Mullaloo Perth, I’m standing next to our first boat that made the journey from Sydney to Perth and back to Sydney (on a train)! We spent many days cruising the Swan River and the ocean, but only when the Fremantle Doctor winds would allow!!!

16 December 2005 Such a special moment for me when Jed met his baby brother Ben, born at the Royal Northshore Hospital Sydney. I can remember Patrick and I saying at that moment that our family was now complete.
August 2007 10 Albion Street Dundas - This is the first house we bought in Sydney. A two bedroom fibro where the boys spent their young years growing up. There were many bbqs, Australia Day celebrations and fun times spent at this little house! We eventually grew out of it!!!

25 June 2015 Jed and Ben at Sea Life Aquarium in Melbourne. After driving from Sydney to Adelaide and spending time with family, we drove to Melbourne for a few days then back home via Canberra!!

November 2016 The start of our USA trip - New York!!!! This is our first ferry trip from Brooklyn, where we stayed at the The Henry Norman Hotel, to Lower Manhattan New York.
November 2016 Our USA trip included a short 3 day stop over in LA where we had a day at Santa Monica Beach shopping at the markets and taking in LA beach life, followed by a day at Universal Studios where this photo was taken. We had a great time!
November 2016 This was day 2 in New York, we caught the subway from Brooklyn to Central Park and met my gorgeous friend Kay at The Loeb Boathouse. Kay had just completed the New York marathon and was heading home the next day so it was soo lovely to have lunch with her.

28 September 2018 Ben having a drive of the SeaRay on her first run down the Parramatta River! We drove from Rydlemere into Lane Cove River for some fishing (I think all the fish were sleeping that day!) around by the Harbour Bridge then back! Beautiful day for it!!! Great to own a SeaRay again!!!!
11 May 2019 Turning 50!!! Shell and I celebrated with a 60’s theme party at my place in Beecroft. Our niece Charlotte came up from Adelaide to be with us! Everyone dressed up and had fun!!!!
19 May 2019 Cruising through the waterway from Apple Tree Bay ramp to Bayview. Catching the warm days before they end!!!! Apple Tree Bay is such a beautiful place and a new space for us to explore with the new Searay 175 Sport Bowrider. This was our first run there and we managed to get bogged on the mud flats at low tide when taking a right from the ramp instead of left. Slightly embarrassing in front of the crowd watching from the marina and cafe nearby!!! The things you do when you don't check the map before you go!
1 August 2020 Visiting Dad at the Robina Hospital Surfers Paradise.
September 2021 This is a 1980 Chrysler Valiant CM Regal fitted with the classic Australian made and designed Hemi 265 engine. The plan is to fit it with jellybean mags and a mild Cam and Holey Carby. It's our recent purchase to replace the boat we sold during lock-down, when there was a crazy demand for boats as no-one could travel. A perfect car for Sunday afternoon cruising!
